Answer: 50-year shingles have become the House & Hammer Roofing standard. 25-year shingles simply do not live up to expectations, and most 25 year shingles get replaced between 10 and 15 years. It’s difficult to believe a shingle could last 50 years, but some of the first installs have been on roofs for 20 years now and are still going strong. We buy so many 50-year shingles that the 25-year cost is almost the same. For those reasons and to protect our good reputation, we recommend 50-Year Timberline Shingles. As a result of our commitment and our highly experienced staff, we have developed a remarkable reputation. read what our customers say about our work!
